Regarding my several offices. duties in these
pet Valuer. I would humbly refer Your Lordship to the result of my labours in that office viz:- and increase of some $160,000 in revenue more fully explained to the Colony, and more fully explained in a Press notice vide "Hong Kong Daily Press" of 15 November 1888. These duties necessitating close application at night and on Sundays, a clerical staff not being allowed
